Why should I hire a wedding consultant?

For many couples, it is their very first time planning a wedding. They are confused as to where to begin, how much everything costs, and how to choose vendors. Planning a wedding is not only about choosing your colors, flowers, and menu. There are logistical matters to attend to such as the timing of events, parking situations, and knowing which vendors are reputable. Eternal Events is here to guide you and to take care of all of these concerns. Eternal Events is able to help save you time and money as well as your sanity so you can actually enjoy your wedding day!

What wedding planning services do you offer?

Day-of Coordinator, Full Planning, Partial Planning, Consultation Only

Do you charge for an initial consultation?

Our initial consultations are complimentary. This is a chance for us to get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

What additional types of events do you service?

Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Milestones, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Corporate Events, Engagement Parties, Graduations, Holiday Parties, LGBT Weddings / Ceremonies

How much communication will we have?

Eternal Events had a policy to respond to all emails and phone messages in a timely manner. Eternal Events will respond to all messages within 24 business hours.

How many weddings or events will you coordinate per day?

Eternal Events will only take two weddings or events per day.

Will you be at my actual wedding day?

Absolutely. One of the wedding consultants will be present at your event.

Will I lose control of my own wedding after hiring a Coordinator?

Definitely not!  Your wedding is YOUR event, not ours… we are there to help and guide you through the planning process, not to take over. Eternal Events will give you as much or as little help as you want.

How do you determine which vendors to recommend to each of your clients?

Eternal Events will tailor all vendor referrals to fit the specific client -- based on their style, personality, and budget. After meeting with you and getting to know more about you and your wedding, we send you vendor referrals that are selected especially for YOU!
